5. Once we have received all your documents and the deposit, we will send you a confirmation of booking.
6. If you need to apply for a visa in your home country: Pay the outstanding amount immediately after receiving the confirmation of booking. We will send you all documents required for a visa application when payment is received in full. Apply for a visa at your nearest South African Embassy.
6. Take out a medical insurance and email us a copy of your insurance policy documentation.
7. Pay the outstanding amount no less than 4 weeks prior to arrival.
8. When payment is received in full, as well as a copy of your medical insurance, we will email the travel information to you.
